Pokemon Y 1.5 Slowness

Pokemon Y, X and/or Pokemon Sun or Ultra sun, is showing huge slowness when playing, 30fps maximum and severe drops in performance during normal playthrough.

System Information

  • Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 Home 64bits
  • CPU: Intel® Core™ i7-7700HQ CPU @ 2.80GHz, 2801 Mhz.
  • GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti
  • Citra Version (found in title bar): Citra 1422

Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.

  • You have cheats enabled. This might cause weird behaviour or crashes. Please disable them and retest if your game is experiencing bugs or crashes.

I have disable all cheats and it’s still showing lateness to run normal walkthrough.

Enable Disk Shader Cache, it should help with transitions.

You should go into Nvidia Control Panel, then Manage 3D settings and set Power management mode to Prefer maximum performance. If you also have GeForce Experience installed, turn off Battery Boost:

Pokémon games are run at 30fps natively on hardware for 100% speed.
