Pokemon Y becomes lagging when opening Pokedex

I did not find anything wrong in your log file. Please wait for a moderator to assist.
Your hardware is not only really old, it also has a bunch of driver bugs, which may or may not be part of your problem. Your hardware is known to randomly start freezing in newer builds as well because of broken OpenGL extentions in the GPU drivers. You need to use an older Citra version to get around that. Try this one and see if it helps:

Extract it using Winrar or 7zip. Put the extracted folder anywhere you want. Now run citra-qt.exe from the folder and run your game.
