Pokemon Y black screen no sound no luck so far

Hi, I’m having issues where as soon as the intro scene plays (Pokemon waking MC up from bed) I lose sound and have a black screen. I have tried to add another save file that has passed that section however as soon as I continue the save, the same issue happens where it’s a black screen and no sound.

I am using Citra Canary 2009 however have found no luck using the nightly version as well.

The log file is incomplete. Make sure you follow the steps carefully:

  1. Open Citra, then go to File>Open Citra Folder (Citra>Open Citra Folder if on MacOS) and open up the log folder. Now keep that open in the background.
  2. Launch your game and encounter the problem; crash/slowdown/glitch and close Citra if it doesn’t do so by itself. Do not restart Citra as that will wipe the log of important information!
  3. Now upload the log file in this chat.

Hi I have the same problem with Nightly except that I do have sound

Try updating your drivers, they are out of date.
