I lost my actual copy of Pokemon Y, is there a way to play it on Citra? I’ve been looking for some ways to play it for 5 hours now and beginning to give up.

When you mean by “actual copy” do you mean the actual original 3ds console which the game cartridge of pokemon y is missing? You can play any 3ds games on citra but it’s through emulation not native.
The Cartridge is missing and the case, but I got one of my friends to send me his save for Citra. All that doesn’t work now is the Audio and the window freezes but not the game.
are you on mobile or PC citra emulator? I suggest you to look at set up configurations for sound and so on for the most optimized specs on your hardware.
Got everything working, but the no outlines cheat crashes the game now (I can live without it :))
