Pokemon Y started lagging badly

Issue:
I was playing Pokemon Y in the evening when the game started lagging badly all of a sudden during a battle. I saved the game as soon as possible and closed Citra. Afterwards, a few hours later, I reopened Pokemon Y only to be dealt with the same problem and I have no idea how to resolve this. Is my game corrupted or something? I have played so long and it truly breaks my heart if I have to delete the game and redownload. Please help :frowning:

Next, you’ve set your emulation speed to 5% and disable Shader JIT. This will ofcourse not allow your emulation speed to exceed 5%. So, go to Emulation>Configuration>General and set that back to 100%. Additionally, go to Emulation>Configuration>Graphics>Advanced Tab and enable Shader JIT. Now try your game again.

Thank you so much! the issue has been resolved. lots of love <3
