M1 Macs are not supported, bugs like this are to be expected unfortunately.

why aren’t supported? like wtf

Our existing MacOS builds were made for the Intel based Mac devices. Which run on a different CPU instruction set than the new M1 Mac devices do. Due to the nature of emulation being a translation of the original hardware, even though our current MacOS builds run on M1 Mac devices through rosetta 2 (M1 Mac’s x86 to ARM translation software), there are lots of emulation inaccuracies “under the hood” so to speak. These inaccuracies lead to the game breaking bugs that are often encountered on M1 Macs using our MacOS builds. Since we don’t have any devs with both an M1 Mac device and the interest to get our MacOS builds functioning correctly on them, they currently aren’t supported.
