Problem 0 FPS in All Games

GPU Driver Version: 10.18.10.4358

This driver is outdated, you need to update.

Download win64_15.33.50.5129.zip from https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/29473/Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-15-33-?product=72055
direct link: https://downloadmirror.intel.com/29473/a08/win64_15.33.50.5129.zip

then follow this guide to install it: https://www.howtogeek.com/343287/how-to-fix-the-driver-being-installed-is-not-validated-for-this-computer-on-intel-computers/

Since you have an old GPU which can randomly crash due to a driver bug you might also need to use Nightly 1392 until you upgrade your computer: https://github.com/citra-emu/citra-nightly/releases/tag/nightly-1392

Your log is not complete… It looks like you accidentally reopened Citra before uploading the log… The log gets cleared every time you open Citra… Have the log folder open in the background first before closing Citra then immediately upload a new log…

ok. thanks, here is my new log. Btw, can you give me some recomandation, maybe the previous build or something to make my game feels a little bit smoother (except change graphic card, because i’m still depanding on my perents about that).citra_log.txt (107.3 KB)

If you want more performance you will need to dual boot Linux (e.g Ubuntu) since you have Radeon. Other than that there is not much you can do. A4-9125 isn’t as fast as let’s say Ryzen 3 2200G and since you have a laptop you cannot change the GPU.

well thanks for replying. I’ll maybe gather my money to buy a new laptop, don’t know how long it woulbe though

Update drivers to Adrenalin 2020 Edition 20.8.3 from https://www.amd.com/en/support/apu/amd-ryzen-processors/amd-ryzen-5-mobile-processors-radeon-vega-graphics/amd-ryzen-5-2
Select Factory Reset under additional options in the installer so you have fresh drivers.

Also do this:

  1. Open Citra then go to File->Open Citra Folder
  2. Open shaders folder then delete the opengl folder if it is there.
  3. Emulation->Configure... then click on Graphics on the left
  4. Click on the Advanced tab and turn on Accurate Multiplication

The Disk Shader Cache currently has a bug when Accurate Multiplication is turned off causing it to load all shaders slowly from zero every time you start the game and makes the precompiled cache extrememly large + the RAM usage skyrockets until you crash.

Thank you for your reply! I did all you said finally got to 20-50 fps, but the speed is only at 40-60% at most is there anything I can do to make it to 100% speed?

AMD GPUs (Radeon) have poor OpenGL performance in Windows. If you want more performance you will pretty much need to dual boot Linux (e.g Ubuntu).

Ok! I’ll try that thank you again for the help!
