Problems with Mods in Inazuma Eleven Go CS

Issue:

I’m in the saga of trying to modify the Inazuma Eleven Go Chrono Stone, but specifically to change the base status of a specific character, and in a way I managed to do that, and generate the ie_a.fa file, which is a file that has information about such things, that the base file I get with the “Extract RomFS” option, but when I try to load this file in mods, in the “romfs” folder as suggested in “Game Modding - Citra”, when I go to load my saved game, my characters run out of texture, NPCs are in T-pose, and all information is gone. But when I remove this ie_a.fa from the folder, the game works normally, I’ve tested it both with the original version and the modified version of the file, and it always gives me this problem. So my question is: What kind of files should I put in the romfs folder? Is there any way I can turn this .fa file into a mod in fact? And if so, how do I install it? Or should I give up on this idea? I’m coming here to make a post, because I didn’t find almost anything related to the subject, mainly in modifying this game.
I appreciate any help.
