Problems with my Tomadachi Life

Issue:
I have been playing Tomodachi Life in Citra for a week and since two days ago I can’t enter the game, after the charging screen ends, Citra says a fatal error has been found and I want to keep playing the game, at least restart it over again, but not just stop playing the game…

You’ve changed your Citra’s region to something other than auto-select. Now your game’s region and your Citra’s region don’t match, causing the fatal error (thank Nintendo for region-locking content like that). Go to Emulation>Configuration>General and set your Region back to Auto-select. It should work again after that.
