Problems with the Tomodachi Life log

Issue:
Hi, recently Tomodachi Life doesn’t want to work and I don’t know why (I don’t know much about these things, sorry) it throws me a “fatal error” window, it doesn’t work anymore. I deleted the game but it didn’t work. I’m desperate because I don’t know what to do and I don’t want to lose all my progress; Look and they told me that in Citra there was a forum where they could help me so … pls can you help me with this?

I did not find anything wrong in your log file. Please wait for a moderator to assist.

It seems you’ve accidentally reopened Citra before uploading citra_log.txt which would clear the log. Redo the steps to get a new log and make sure you have started the game and reach the issue in-game before you close Citra. You can also upload citra_log.txt.old.txt

If the log becomes too large you can link to a pastebin or zip the log and upload to like Google Drive.

Your log didn’t record any fatal error, are you sure you reached the part where it popped up before closing Citra?

Go to Emulation>Configuration>General and set the Region option to Auto-select.
