No HP Bar with Error
“Render.OpenGL video_core/renderer_opengl/gl_rasterizer_cache.cpp:GetTextureSurface:1264: Texture size (8x4) is not multiple of 8”
Please fix that error

I did not find anything wrong in your log file. Please wait for a moderator to assist.
You’re already aware that this is an issue that we can’t resolve yet. Otherwise we wouldn’t have an issue open for it. It’s a regression present from Nightly 1249 onwards. So for now, if you want the health bars to show up properly, please use Citra Nightly 1248.
Just Revert https://github.com/citra-emu/citra-nightly/commit/ca78d3493347285e67457f6fb9a064e70530d332 (only RasterizerCacheOpenGL::GetTextureSurface part of mipmap patch) & Hp bar works
Adding “Disable Mipmap” option is good idea for some users
