Yesterday I started playing Dragon Quest VII, the rom is Chinese translated and I decrypted it by myself with a tool found in the internet, also installed a .cia patch (ver 1.1) for the game. Not sure if an unlisted game will affect the optimization.
It was still fine in the first village, only froze once. However, after going out the village, it will randomly slow down and finally freeze. The fps and speed will drop to 0 and 0%, with nan ms frames.

I did not find anything wrong in your log file. Please wait for a moderator to assist.
Can you check if this also occurs on the original version (no patch or game update installed)?
You should enable Hardware Shader and Disk Shader Cache for improved performance.
I enabled Hardware Shader and Disk Shader Cache, and removed the patch, but nothing changed.
I also decrypted and tried USA version, it is still same.
Ok. Try do a clean reinstall of the drivers (run DDU in safe mode first: https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html)
I will try play some DQ7 today and see if I also freeze randomly but on a GTX 1070.
Oh btw, you should update Nightly to 1675. That is what I will be using for testing.
