Red Dead Redemption Memory Write Error

Hello!

Whenever I’m with my horse galloping on the outside I get this error every time, in the same spot.
Also, if I go travel other places or taking different directions, there will be a point in which I get the said error.

I know the video does not show an error message, but I did get it before and it was a memory write error with an hexadecimal particular memory address.
