Rhythm Heaven Megamix: Musics' offset is wrong

Issue:
When I play any rhythm game stage, the music is a bit slower then game.
The music’s playing speed is not right, and the start-time is too late.

System Information

  • CPU: Intel i3-4160
  • GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GT 740M
  • Citra Version: Citra Nightly 1195
  • Game: Rhythm Heaven Megamix (JP) (リズム天国 ザ・ベスト+)

Today I updated to 1195 from 1193
but there’re still problems.
