Ridge Racer 3D - Red line going across the screen during a race

Windows 10 with the latest version of Citra. When in a race on RR3D, there’s this weird red line that goes horizontally across the screen. Happened to notice this in Citra emulation footage on YT as well. Like someone was showcasing the game in Citra with 4K 60FPS or whatever, and their emulator had this bug as well.

Is there a fix for it? I’ve been using the Large Screen setup, I don’t know if that makes a difference.
