Ok, so the game was running fine through the early game until I made a mistake in playing so Alt+F4’d citra to restart the game, which I have done many times in the past without any issues. And then when I reopened my rom, the loading was taking abnormally long, my PC was lagging, and then when I thought the game was finished loading, this error pops up:
Some things I’ve tried are reinstalling Citra, and reinstalling Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime 2015 x64, and restarting my PC like 5 times. None solved the problem. I also tried opening cmd as administrator and typing “/sfc scannow” and there were no issues found and it didn’t solve the problem.
However, when I tried deleting the Citra folder in Appdata/Roaming and running the game again, the game would run very smoothly with no long loading and the runtime error gone. I restored the roaming citra file and re-openened the rom and checked the log and I found a “system1 keyX missing error” that I don’t understand but I think that it is related with the runtime error.

Alright, I fixed it by deleting the shaders file in Users/Administrator/Appdata/Roaming/Citra and reopening the ROM. Hopefully this helps out for people who have the same issue!
