Save and Load state not working

Issue:
No matter what I bind save and load state to they dont work.

System Information

  • Operating System: Win 10
  • CPU: Ryzen 5 3600x
  • GPU: AMD 5700 XT
  • Citra Version (found in title bar): Newest Version
  • Game: Bravely Default
  • Screenshot of Issue (include the full Citra window including titlebar):

Diagnostic Log
Upload your log file as an attachment by dragging & dropping.

If the log is needed to fix this ill upload it.

Could you please upload a log file as the bot mentioned above aswell as upload a video showing the issue? If uploading the video directly is an issue, you can upload it to something like google drive and post the public link to it here.

Ill try and get the log, I dont know how to show the issue though as its just nothing happens when I hot key Save/Load state.
