Hi, I have the same problem, could you fix it?

My game was running literally perfect after tweaking it for 2 days straight. I stupidly updated it this morning now nothing works at all and quits on my Mac every time I click anything. So upsetting I was just getting to the good part of my nostalgia.

If I download a previous version of Citra do I lose my in-game data?
Mac Mojave
2.6ghz i7 Processor
Graphics 530 Intel
16 Gb Ram
late 2016 model 15 inch w touch bar

I underwent the same problem just download an older version after uninstalling the current one and don’t fret about save data it will stay even after uninstalling.

Have a good day

Perform the process of uninstalling the current citra and installing an old one but when trying to load the game the error is STD: :BAD_ALLOC and does not let the game load

Same Issue here. Keeping a close watch for the solutions here. I play pokemon X on the latest Canary Built.

Save states made between like Nightly 1494-1501 are “broken” in the sense they don’t load on the latest version. To fix that, download a build in that interval: https://github.com/citra-emu/citra-nightly/releases?after=nightly-1502 and load the state then immediately save normally in-game. After that you can load normally on the latest Citra to make new save states with.

It is important to save normally every now and then and don’t solely rely on save states as they can break when new changes are made.

Is there a fix like this for the Canary built as well? Or is it too easy to assume they issues are alike in both builds?

They are alike, we narrowed it down on Nightly only as it is the easiest and sufficient to fix the problem with.

Hi, do this:

  1. File->Open Citra Folder
  2. Open shaders folder then delete the opengl folder
  3. Emulation->Configure... then click on Graphics on the left
  4. Click on the Advanced tab and turn on Accurate Multiplication

The Disk Shader Cache currently has a bug when Accurate Multiplication is turned off causing it to load all shaders slowly from zero every time you start the game and makes the precompiled cache extrememly large + the RAM usage skyrockets until you crash.

how can i download the updated citra APK to install on nvidia shield tv 2019

You can find standalone apk on GitHub: https://github.com/citra-emu/citra-android/releases

This has happened to me and now even if i go back to a older version it still doesnt work pls help me

Can you download and install HxD?: https://mh-nexus.de/en/downloads.php?product=HxD20
Then open the save state file with it (you can find the save states folder by opening Citra then File->Open Citra Folder).

Tell me what it says here:
