Saved File Vanished (no its not in the parent folder)

I was playing Zelda for a week, I noticed the Early Access updates kept screwing up the game. I decided since I can’t stop the updates, I would choose a version of Early Access to download and stay on. It wanted me to re-dump my keys and setup TOTK again, so I decided to go back to the old setup, I did a system restore. I also did

So I think repairing Yuzu made it delete my save. I have used 3 different software recovery tools, I have disabled TRIM on my ssd. I cannot find the saved game anywhere.

Someone mentioned maybe its in the Roaming folder, profiles.dat is the only meaningful file I have there, I am quite positive saves by default are stored in the Local folder, not roaming. Please someone solve the mystery I am begging.

I find it really odd that Yuzu would choose to save games in the Local folder, and then when people try to repair Yuzu it deletes the Local folder without telling the user that their Saved Games are being deleted as well.
