When I try to open games say OpenGL 4.3 may not be supported or to update driver

I got the zip version from: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/products/sku/75105/intel-core-i34005u-processor-3m-cache-1-70-ghz/downloads.html just changed .exe to .zip in the URL.
Drivers are updated I run windows 7 would that cause the problem?
I can run gamecube and wii games on my other emulators so idk why it’s not working with this one
Can you screenshot Display tab of dxdiag or Properties for Intel HD Graphics (Driver tab) in Device Manager? It’s best to double check. If you have the latest it will end with 5180.
