Screen Flickering in Majora's Mask 3D

Issue:
I am experiencing screen flickering when I play Majora’s Mask 3DS using Citra for Mac. The game runs beautifully – it rarely dips below 30 fps – but as I am playing various textures will flicker, where the texture disappears in a flash, and then reappears quickly after; as such, it’s difficult to screenshot what is happening, but just imagine lights popping up around the screen, and you’ll get the general idea.

Try turn off Hardware Shader in the Advanced graphics options in Citra.

Tywald,

Thanks for your response! I tried that, and while it solves one portion of the problem – some of the textures no longer flicker silver – the flickering issue itself remains; now, those select textures will flicker black. I tried turning off the other shaders, but that brought the frame rate down to un-playable levels.
