Screen freezing, but sound working

I apologize for the typos, but I’m not native English and I’m using Google Translate. I bought a new notebook, but different from the old one, the Citra is not working. Every time I start playing it takes about 5 minutes later the game screen freezes but the sound keeps working and the buttons still work. When I close the game and try to open it again, the game shows black dots on the screen, then the screen freezes and the sound remains.
Even when I restart the notebook, only the black dots come out, but the screen keeps freezing after about 5 minutes.
The games I tried to play were: Inazuma Eleven Shine , Inazuma Eleven Thunderflash , Inazuma Eleven Big Bang
