Issue: I’ve had this for awhile and it runs okay. It used to run on 50~60 fps and was relatively fast. Then suddenly, the speed drops to about ~50%, and the fps stays under 30. The amount of times it would get stuck but still have audio is immeasurable. I’ve tried almost everything I could find, and previously it worked but now it doesn’t. Is my laptop just too weak or what ?

You should enable Disk Shader Cache, Hardware Shader and Accurate Multiplication(to prevent a bug with Disk Shader Cache) in the graphics options in Citra configuration.
Disk Shader Cache should help with special effects when they get cached, Hardware Shader should provide a speed boost.
Make sure you have a high performance power plan set in Windows.
