turned it off but it still shows black squares

now it crashed. what should i do?

Build Citra from source and run it through Visual Studio so it can catch the crash.

is it necessary to do that? it seems to take a lot of storage.

i’m playing in canary rn and the game’s freezing constantly

If you want to help us narrow down where it crashes, yes.

I don’t have access to an Ice Lake laptop so I can’t do it myself, and no I won’t buy one just to debug this one thing :stuck_out_tongue:

According to your log, drivers reverted back to 8681. Update here to 9684: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/30579/Intel-Graphics-Windows-DCH-Drivers

the game freezes every 15 minutes. i already updated the driver. also, i tried to build citra and all of that stuff, but it was way too difficult. i spent hours trying and couldn’t get past the first steps.

Ah too bad  well I guess we have to wait for another with the same CPU to do this instead then.

Maybe I can help you understand the steps a bit better. Where did you get stuck?
