Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.

  • Due to AMD’s poorly optimized OpenGL driver, you may experience slowdowns.

and how i can fix it?

Hi, could you upload your save file so I can try to recreate your issue?
You can find it by right clicking on your game in citra and selecting ‘‘open save data location’’. Then upload the ‘‘main’’ file into this thread.

i cant, appears a messenge saying “Sorry, the file you are trying to upload is not authorized (authorized extensions: jpg, jpeg, png, gif, txt, log)”

Oh, my bad, could you try to upload it to google drive and then posting the link here? or maybe drop by on the citra’s discord server to upload it there?

Make it available to the public. It’s currently set to private.

okay, i think is public

Sweet, I can access it. Once I got my pokemon sun dumped I’ll test the save out (I jumped the gun because I thought it was ultra sun, which I had already dumped, sorry about that).

okay, thank you so much

For reference, where exactly did you end up having the SD card pop-up issue?

shortly after starting the game he asks me to use the rotomdex and take a photo, there the message appears

Is your rom patched/randomized or anything like that?

no, i think not. its a normal rom

I haven’t been able to test out your save file yet, but I want to see if this might work.
Please open citra, click on file>open citra folder. Then open the sdmc folder and create a folder called ‘‘DCIM’’ in there so it looks like the image attached: afbeelding
Try to see if the problem persists in-game.

Thank you so much! Thats works
