Every time I launch Citra with Separate Windows view, the second screen pops up with default size even though I resized it.

- Operating System: Windows 10 64bit 22H2
- CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800H with Radeon Graphics 3.20 GHz
Intel(R) Core™ i7-6700HQ CPU @ 2.60GHz 2.59 GHz - GPU: Nvidia RTX 3060
Nvidia GTX 960m - Citra Version (found in title bar): Nightly 1850, 1901
