Hi guys, I wanted to ask you a question, how can I receive Secret Gifts through Citra emulator in Pokemon USUM ???

If you mean Mystery Gift, you cannot receive anything from it since it requires connecting to Nintendo’s servers which Citra does not support. A workaround to this is to inject the wonder cards into your save file with a save editor PKHeX.
