It looks like you accidentally reopened Citra before uploading the log. The log gets cleared every time you open Citra. Have the log folder open in the background first, then try start the game and when Citra closes, immediately upload the new log here.

Let me know if i did it right.

Nope  do these steps to make sure it catches the issue:

  1. Open Citra then File->Open Citra Folder then log folder(keep this open in the background, do not close the folder).
  2. Start the game, then close Citra after it freezes(don’t reopen or the log gets cleared so you have to do it again).
  3. Reupload the log here.

there you go.

Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.

GPU Driver Version: Build 10.18.10.4252

This driver is outdated, you need to update.

Download win64_15.33.50.5129.zip from https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/29473/Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-15-33-?product=71459
direct link: https://downloadmirror.intel.com/29473/a08/win64_15.33.50.5129.zip

then follow this guide to install it: https://www.howtogeek.com/343287/how-to-fix-the-driver-being-installed-is-not-validated-for-this-computer-on-intel-computers/

Make sure CPU slider is set to 100% in the system tab in Citra.

Thanks, for the moment is now working

The log file is incomplete. Make sure you follow the steps carefully:

  1. Open Citra, then go to File>Open Citra Folder and open up the log folder. Now keep that open in the background.
  2. Launch your game and encounter the problem; crash/slowdown/glitch and close citra if it doesn’t do so by itself. Do not restart citra as that will wipe the log of important information!
  3. Now upload the log file in this chat.

Made the following steps as you said.
The results is atached in the txt file.

Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.

  • You have GDB debugging enabled. This will cause Citra not to launch games. This is only intended for debugging purposes and should be disabled in settings.

Same mistake persists with GDB debugging disabled.

Core <Critical> core/core.cpp:Load:293: Failed to load ROM (Error 1)!

This usually means the rom is corrupted. Redump the game by following the guides below. Have at least 4GB free space on your Nintendo 3DS’s SD card as the game is big:
