Update your GPU driver: Intel® Graphics – Windows* DCH Drivers

Then use Vulkan instead of OpenGL.

Also update your game. Base game is gutted of many things the updates provide. (Eg like intro cutscenes)

Update your GPU Driver Intel 30.0.101.1191 date 14/12/2021 and use Vulkan:
