not able to play pokemon ultra sun in normal speed and fps

- Operating System: dell laptop
- CPU: Intel(R) core™ i3-7020U @ 2.30 GHz
- GPU: Intel(R) HD Graphics 620
- Citra Version (found in title bar): 1823
- Game: pokemon ultra sun

Disable your cheats, then restart the emulation (important, otherwise they remain active). Now see if the issue remains.
And yeah its also like i cant run it with 2nd option in advanced graphics enabled

and also when game opens it automatically disables enabe hardware shader
Per-game settings? Before launching your game, right click on it in Citra, then select Properties. Hit the Reset Game Settings option. Then see if that issue remains.
No no general game settings
But if its on i cant run that specific game
I’m aware your screenshot was showing the global settings. I said “Per-game settings?” to convey my suspicion that it has something to do with this issue. Did you follow the steps I gave you? If not please do so anyways.
