SM3DL crash on Linux w/ Hardware Shader off

Citra crashes after a short while after street pass dialog if don’t press any buttons. This happens only on Linux and only with Hardware Shader disabled and only while showing prerecorded footage so the stage selection and stages themselves work fine.citra_log.txt (13.0 KB)

System Information

  • Operating System: Linux Mint 19
  • CPU: i5 750
  • GPU: AMD HD5870
  • Citra Version 31.08.2018 master (yesterday was the same)
  • Game: [Super Mario 3D Land]

same, even on newer mesa drivers (pre-gcn), i’m on ubuntu mate 18.04.1, submit this issue:

i haven’t done that because mesa is in constant development and update, i rather wait a little long to see if it improves.

Are you sure? So GCN videocards don’t have this issue?

i have no idea, but they are usually ahead in implementation.
