Enter a description of your issue here, in full detail.
I recently started using citra and can’t figure out how to fix my problem. Every time I launch Smash 4 it says Save Data has been corrupted it will rebuild the save data, then it says no SD card found and goes to a screen that says restart the console or go to the home menu. I can’t figure out how to fix it and I’ve tried a lot. If anyone could help it would be much appreciated.

In order for us to provide better support, we need to see the log generated by Citra. This guide will walk you through how you can obtain the log file: How to Upload the Log File.

#3

after that message, close citra and upload your log C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Citra\log.

maybe your extdata got corrupted, open folder:
C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Citra\sdmc\Nintendo 3DS\00000000000000000000000000000000\00000000000000000000000000000000\extdata\00000000

inside of it, there’s either 00000edf if your rom region is USA or 00000ee0 if your rom is EUR. move this folder and try to open your game again.

After doing this it displayed this

but then went back to the error message
[ 0.000000] Service.FS core/file_sys/archive_extsavedata.cpp:OpenFile:131: (unreachable) Unknown error opening C:\Users\jalob\AppData\Roaming/Citra/sdmc/Nintendo 3DS/00000000000000000000000000000000/00000000000000000000000000000000/extdata/00000000/00000EE0/user/lfmZ©4VRD/replay/replay0424.bin

#5

close citra, move that folder again, open citra as admin.
also upload the whole citra_log file.

#6

After replacing the citra files again, originally to stop the fatal error, it has begun to work.

Move the folder where?

#8

anywhere so that citra won’t load it to avoid that error message.

#10

Moved the folder. No change. I even ran it as an administrator.

#11

as mentioned above, move the entire game update folder,

if that fails try moving the entire sdmc folder on C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Citra\

Works fine right now. Thank you.
