SMT IV black screen and 0 fps

Issue:
Whenever I load the game it says “now loading” and then goes to a black screen before the fps drops down to 0, the game was loading earlier, albeit it was crashing when talking to walter for the first time anyway (not sure if related)

The log file is giving off an ‘‘Reading from out of bounds’’ error. Which I believe could be related to DLC or other badly dumped files. But I’m not sure. @tywald probably knows more about this.
