During one of the first cutscenes in SMT V, when you’re entering a tunnel, the transition changes to a black scrreen and never recovers. I’ve attached my log file for this occurence.

For me it works with Vulkan on i7-11700k, Geforce 3060 RTX 12GB, 32GB Ram, I have random crashes on Yuzu 807.
Try reverting to the older 472.12 driver, we have issues with the 490 series ones:
It works with the latest GPU driver with Vulkan.
