GPU Driver Version: Build 23.20.16.4973

These drivers are outdated, you need to update.

Download win64_25.20.100.6373.zip from https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/28289/Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-10
direct link: https://downloadmirror.intel.com/28289/a08/win64_25.20.100.6373.zip

then follow this guide to install it: https://www.howtogeek.com/343287/how-to-fix-the-driver-being-installed-is-not-validated-for-this-computer-on-intel-computers/

After you have installed that you can if you want update further: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/29465/Intel-Graphics-Windows-10-DCH-Drivers?product=88193 (download the .exe this time).

Nope, drivers are not updated as you can see it still says 23.20.16.4973 in your log. Double check that you are following the howtogeek guide correctly and it’s recommended that you update to 7985 from the last link after you successfully have 6373.

i checked again and it has already updated

i keep playing the game but it still has a fatal error, should i start over the game?

Render.OpenGL <Error> video_core/renderer_opengl/gl_rasterizer_cache.cpp:MortonCopy:256: Out of bound texture
HW.GPU <Critical> core/hw/gpu.cpp:MemoryFill:89: invalid end address 0X18600000

I have a feeling your rom is corrupted, try redump it using the guides below. Have at least 4GB free space on your SD card.

I don’t have 3ds, godmode9 or threeSD so is there another way to fix this?

You need to at least own the game(in this case on cartridge) then find a friend who has a hacked 3DS to dump it for you. A regular Nintendo 2DS is the cheapest option if you want to get one yourself. Downloading games from the internet even if you own them is illegal and still piracy. You must generate a rom from your own copy of the game.

I see that this is useful information.
