Something will not leave my mods fold no matter what I do

I tried to put a some stuff into my mods folder for Pokemon Omega Ruby and the LayeredFS file won’t get out of my mods folder. I’ve clicked delete on it 100 times and it won’t get removed and I can’t use the file if it keeps doing this. How do I fix it
