Sonic Boom Shattered Crystal/Fire and Ice cutscene audio issue

The sound in both Sonic Boom games on the 3DS crackle like crazy during cutscenes (while running normally otherwise). I’ve tried finding fixes, but no luck. Log is attached below with a screenshot of where the issue first happens.
