Speed 0% fps 0 frame nan ms

Issue:
I was trying to get in the game before getting the blue screen of death so it restarted my computer, i don’t know exactly why that happened and it hasn’t happened before so i just kinda shrugged it off. When i came back to play though it was stuck, and the speed was 0%, the fps is 0 and the frame says nan ms. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling citra but still nothing, I also tried using canary citra but it still didnt work and when i close out It says citra.qt has stopped working. I tried turning on accurate mutiplication, still nothing. at this point i dont now what to do… I tried running both games (Rune Factory 4 and Pokemon Ultra Sun) and they both don’t work… Please Help.

Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.

GPU Driver Version: 10.18.10.4358

This driver is outdated, you need to update.

Download win64_15.33.50.5129.zip from https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/29473/Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-15-33-?product=64903
direct link: https://downloadmirror.intel.com/29473/a08/win64_15.33.50.5129.zip

then follow this guide to install it: https://www.howtogeek.com/343287/how-to-fix-the-driver-being-installed-is-not-validated-for-this-computer-on-intel-computers/

Since you have an old GPU which can randomly crash due to a driver bug you might also need to use Nightly 1392 until you upgrade your computer: https://github.com/citra-emu/citra-nightly/releases/tag/nightly-1392

No game was booted in your log. If you are experiencing a crash then do not open citra again until after you posted the log as it gets purged when you reopen citra.
For more information, see How to Upload the Log File

The log file is incomplete. Make sure you follow the steps carefully:

  1. Open Citra, then go to File>Open Citra Folder (Citra>Open Citra Folder if on MacOS) and open up the log folder. Now keep that open in the background.
  2. Launch your game and encounter the problem; crash/slowdown/glitch and close Citra if it doesn’t do so by itself. Do not restart Citra as that will wipe the log of important information!
  3. Now upload the log file in this chat.
