Star Fox 64 graphic bugs in upscaled and native resolutions

I finally got Star Fox 64 3D running on my PC, but within the first level alone I found a handful of graphical errors. I just made a post about some errors I had with Zelda & gen 7 Pokémon, but both of those were solved by returning the game to its native resolution. For Star Fox, these errors show up in both native and 5x resolution. I compared this to footage of the game on YouTube, and none of these errors were visible.

Here’s an imgur album of these errors at both 5x and native resolution.

Also, I didn’t grab an example of this because it’s easier to notice in motion, but there’s some weird flickering lighting with the Arwings in cutscenes too. You can notice it at the beginning and end of Corneria.
