when i attempt to startup stella glow, it immediately freezes on the confirming data screen. this did not happen on initial startup, nor if i delete the game’s save file location or load the start menu from a save state, but then the game just freezes d

Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.
- The CPU Clock percentage is not 100%. You may experience unexpected game speed.
i did notice the cpu clock percentage being 95% for some reason between the two screenshots, and changed it to 100%, but this made no difference.
Save states also load the settings Citra was configured with at the time of saving. Also, the log file says 55%, not 95%. In which case the freezing makes sense. Launch the game without using any save states, and make sure that the CPU Clock Speed is set to 100% and that Hardware Shaders are enabled in Emulation>Configure>Graphics>Advanced Tab
