Streets of Rage 4 game comes in flipped upside down

Hello. When I am trying to playing streets of rage 4 the game loads in upside down.
Need help on how to fix this.

update yuzu it is fixed 3 weeks or so ago Streets of Rage 4 upside down on Vulkan (Intel, AMD and Android) · Issue #8839 · yuzu-emu/yuzu · GitHub

So how exactly do I fix this? It says to change the viewport_swizzle. I am not sure how to do this.

by updating yuzu. Latest is not 1571
