Struggling to get Omega Ruby to run

Issue:
I managed to get it to run but its choppy (and says it has bad compatibility). Once I installed the new texture pack and run the game it was fine. However, I can’t install the cheats for the no outlines. How do I fix this issue?
Now the game keeps crashing again.
This has been frustrating for me to set up. Can you also unlock the fps?

No game was booted in your log. If you are experiencing a crash then do not open citra again until after you posted the log as it gets purged when you reopen citra.

Update. I reinstalled my rom. But I can’t seem to install the no outlines cheat without it crashing.

Make sure that your cheat code matches the game update version of your game. A cheat code made for version 1.2 will not work on version 1.0 (no update).
