it always crash when entering any games

Now you should be able to install the latest DCH drivers directly:

the game is already working but ive encounter a another issue the left side is blurry unlike the right side window

This appears to be a known issue: Monster Hunter Stories - Citra
Make sure you’re using the cheat codes listed on that page, though even if you use them, that blur will remain.
