I tried for a couple of hours and i got the file back

tho the game still freezes when i reset, but save / load states still work so i guees i can work around it :stuck_out_tongue:

This driver is out of date ^. To update: Download win64_15.40.5171.zip (direct link) from Download Intel® Graphics Driver for Windows* [15.40]

Then follow this guide to install it: https://www.howtogeek.com/343287/how-to-fix-the-driver-being-installed-is-not-validated-for-this-computer-on-intel-computers/

Furthermore, your iGPU may have driver bugs which cause freezing/crashing to occur when using the newer Citra builds. In which case you’ll need to use this older Citra build to prevent that from happening until you upgrade your hardware:
Download citra-windows-mingw-20191214-ddb7ead.7z from Release nightly-1392: Merge pull request #5020 from jroweboy/dynamic-mf · citra-emu/citra-nightly · GitHub
Extract it using Winrar or 7zip. Put the extracted folder anywhere you want. Now run citra-qt.exe from the folder and run your game.

updated graphics and ran Citra nightly 1392. still freezing

Here’s some issues I found with your log that might help.

  • Enabling Accurate Multiplication is recomended in certain games. If you are experiencing graphical glitches, try enabling this option.

So… I got it working every time using street pass. In press ‘A’ menu press the streetpass button (the green button on the top right) i just pressed A 2 times and returned to the press ‘A’ screen. then pressing a brought me to the save selection screen
