Super Mario 3D land has some graphical errors while using Citra’s flatpak on Linux Mint 19.1
So, Hey, I’m new here, but I want to give some reports about a graphical error that occurs to me in SM3DL. So, the issue was that, when I was running the flatpak version of Citra, some textures was kind of weird, like, pure white, and i knew that wasn’t suppose to look like that in an updated build because I have played this on this emulator before, and there was no such issue a while back, so I came back to the site and download the last source build, and, using Linux’s terminal to open it, there was no such issue, even in the last build, I took some screenshots and I will post them now.
So, here we have the Flatpak build:
And here, the source build:
As we can hopefully see (I never posted here people, I don’t know if everything is correct) The flatpak build has some weird white blocks where should have some colored ones, also, some textures in Peach’s castle and all the trees have a weird flickering and an elevated brightness. Overall, I am no programmer, I just want to share these issues to help them fix the emulator, I don’t know what causes them, but the game still completely playable, Citra is great, and I know you people are working very hard on it, good luck!
