Super Smash Bros. is not working for me

Issue:

I click on it to start it up, there a message saying that region manifest is missing and to dump my system archives. If I continue I might get crashes and bugs. I did crash.

Before I could play this game but now it says this? It was when I updated Citra.

Dump your system archives by following the guide that the bot linked to you.

I don’t have a 3DS so I’m out of luck. :-/
