umm i wanna play the pokemon games so yeah please check if my system is compatible with yuzu on not specs are

Besides the GPU your system is fine.
But you should really consider a new (or used) video card. The prices are normal again.
With an i7 8700 and a GTX 1080 Ti, I was able to emulate any game just fine even at 4K.
