Terrible Super Mario Odyssey Performance on GTX 1080Ti

I cannot seem to get Yuzu playing SMO at anything higher than 20fps. I have the latest Nvidia drivers installed, and I am using the OpenGL backend. I have also tried Vulkan, but no difference. I have a weaker CPU, but I am sure that it is not bottle necking the GPU. Here are my specs:

Intel Core i7-3930k 3.2ghz (6 core)
Zotac Geforce GTX 1080Ti
(That is all that matters, at least I think.)

I have also tried tinkering around in NVIDIA control panel, but same performance. Help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

your issue is that your processor is a sandy bridge processor.

The CPU is too old and is missing avx2 and has an old implementation of avx.

Having a CPU without modern instruction sets is a major slowdown. Nothing you can do about that.

Thanks. Nothing I can do?

Wait for optimizations from our side.

Thanks. Appreciated.
