Textures flickering in Pokémon Moon and Ultra Sun


I have the exact same issue

Canary Build - 0282510 (tried Nightly Build - 11bc902 but it didn’t solve the problem)
It seems it’s the GPU (disabling Hardware Shader fix the issue), I have Nvidia GPU (GTX 780) with the latest drivers


Sam issue here on gtx 1080 ti and latest canary.

Disabling hardware shader may fix it but that’s simply not an option as it runs like crap without it on even at low native resolutions.


Alright, quick update : I’ve downgraded my Canary version all the way to 483 as suggested by Hexagon12 and no flickering/textures disappearing so far (note that I’m only one hour in)

Same problem here in Pokemon Sun, running on a laptop with AMD Ryzen 2500U with Vega 8 integrated graphics. Disabling hardware shader fixes the problem but the game becomes unplayable.
