In order for us to provide better support, we need to see the log generated by Citra. This guide will walk you through how you can obtain the log file: How to Upload the Log File.

#3

Upload your log, try disabling ‘Enable Hardware Shader’ before launching the game.

#4

I tried disabling ‘Enable Hardware Shader’ and it didn’t work

And Here is my log:

Upload the whole log file. maybe some files in your nand folder got corrupted, open the folder C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Citra\ and move the nand folder elsewhere, dump your nand folder again and paste in there again (just like you had to make when setting up citra for the first time).

[ 0.000000] Service.FS core/file_sys/savedata_archive.cpp:OpenFile:80: (unreachable) Unknown error opening C:\Users\Chris\AppData\Roaming/Citra/nand/data/00000000000000000000000000000000/sysdata/00010026/00000000/CEC/00054000/OutBox__/OBIndex_____

this is all the log file

#7

Go to Emulation > Configure > General > Debug and change your log filter from *:Critical to *:Info and upload the citra_log.txt file.

#8

citra_log.txt (48.8 KB)

now this is all the log file

#9

Well… this is weird, but the game continues normally when i press all the buttons randomly

#10

Remember that the ‘backslash’ key \ enables ‘Frame Advancing’ (which pauses emulation frame by frame) which can make it look like the game freezes.

#11

i use a Playstation 3 Controller to play, so i never touch the keyboard, and now the game still crashing without the button solution ):

and i tried to do something with the backslash and now my Computer Crashed

I did not find anything wrong in your log file. Please wait for a moderator to assist.

Did you disable ‘Enable Hardware Shader’ before launching the game? it won’t fix if you disable it after it freezes. redump your rom if the issue persists.
